Bill W. Goodwin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Goodwin co-founded Materials Science Technology Inc. in 2007 along with Dr. Harry R. Allcock. Mr. Goodwin serves as Chairman of the Board and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee, brining over 30 years experience in business and technical management. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Goodwin was responsible for Fine Chemicals divisions within Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Goodwin holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Louisiana State University (honors) and M.B.A. from Duke University (honors). Mr. Goodwin resides with his wife and children in The Woodlands, Texas.

Harry R. Allcock
Chief Technology Advisor and Scientific Advisory Chairman

Harry R. Allcock co-founded Materials Science Technology Inc. and is our Chief Technology Advisor, Director of the Scientific Advisory Committee, and a Company Director. Dr. Allcock is an Evan Pugh Professor of Chemistry at the Pennsylvania State University. His pioneering research in biomedical materials, energy storage and generation, photonics, and aerospace materials is at the interface of inorganic, organic and polymer chemistry. He is the discoverer and leading researcher of a major class of polymers known as polyphosphazenes, research for which he has received numerous national awards. He holds B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in chemistry from the University of London. Dr. Allcock and his wife reside in State College, PA.

David Baum
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

David Baum is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Materials Science Technology with responsibilities for legal, financial, administrative, HSE and Human Resources matters.  Mr. Baum worked for Pennzoil Company, its subsidiaries and successors for over 37 years most recently as a vice president in their specialty chemicals business.  He has extensive experience in operations and staff functions, has designed and administered corporate benefits plans and has led the management team in negotiations for numerous collective bargaining agreements.  He holds a B.Sc. degree in business from the University of Arizona.  David resides with his wife and children in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Mark Camstra
Executive Vice President International

Mark Camstra is Executive Vice President International, responsible for international business development with emphasis in the Asia/Pacific Rim and Latin America. Mr. Camstra spent the last twenty years in the Asia Pacific and Russia/EE as a Senior Partner and Executive of major Blue Chip organizations. Mr. Camstra has successfully introduced technologies into The Philippines, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, China and Mexico. Mr. Camstra holds a B.A. in business from Rollins College, earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a M.A. in International Finance from Johns Hopkins. He lives with his family in The Woodlands, Texas.

S. "Vish" Viswanathan
Member of the Board

“Vish” Viswanathan is a member of the board of directors. Dr. Viswanathan is the Austin Finch Professor of Finance at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. His research focuses on issues related to corporate finance and asset pricing and is Co-Editor of the Journal of Financial Intermediation and Journal of Financial Markets. Professor Viswanathan taught Advanced Corporate Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Corporate Finance at the University of Chicago. Professor Viswanathan received his B.Sc. in Chemistry (Distinction) from the University of Bombay, M.M.S. in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (Bombay) and his Ph.D. in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.

Garner Moore
Member of the Board

Moore retired from Ethyl Corporation as Vice President Chemicals.  During his 38 year career with Ethyl he served in various functions including Manufacturing Technical Services, Product Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Administration.  He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (highest honors) and completed a specialty chemical engineering curriculum at Louisiana State University.

Tam Basunia
Member of the Board

Tam Basunia is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has been a professional accountant and business advisor for over 30 years, joining Price Waterhouse in London in 1969. Tam became a partner of the firm in 1981 and was instrumental in establishing the firm's presence in the Middle East and later in Russia and Central Europe. In the Middle East, Tam was the Managing Partner for Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Abu Dhabi. In Russia, Tam was the Deputy Senior Partner of the practice from which he retired in December 2005. Tam currently holds a non-executive directorship with CTC Media, a NASDAQ quoted company and Promsvyazbank, one of Russia's largest private banks. He is also the chairman of the Audit Committees for both of these Boards.
